Nathan Silver has practiced law for over 20 years. His background includes commercial and residential real estate, commercial leases, business law and contracts, forming limited liability companies and drafting their operating agreements, construction contracts, mechanics liens, and litigation. As a former Army officer, Nathan knows that you need to have a clear understanding of your objective to accomplish the mission. As an attorney, he applies this principle every day and similarly counsels his clients.
Good lawyering requires knowledge, experience, hard work, and accountability. Nobody wants an attorney who does the minimum work necessary for the maximum fees. That’s not what practicing law is all about and that’s not what Nathan is about.
Nathan understands that communication is key in any relationship, business or personal. He’ll communicate with you without the legal jargon and he intends to add value to every client for every matter. He’ll keep you well informed and involved in the progress of your legal matter. He returns your calls and emails as soon as possible, often on the same day! He knows that listening is an important part of communication – he listens to you and hears what you say to determine how best to meet your objectives—and makes you the priority.
“Since I was a young child, I always wanted to be an attorney. In early grade school, my mother needed an attorney for a problem with the landlord. He was knowledgeable and really helped her. He became a trusted advisor to us. That was my role model for how I wanted to practice law.” Nathan Silver
